Our Positioning

Who we are, and what problem we solve

CWSE (Zhongshan CW Solar Energy × DIF) is an AI-native one-stop green go-global service provider that helps Chinese manufacturers exporting to the EU solve the combined challenge of CBAM carbon tariff, PPWR packaging regulation, product carbon footprint & supply-chain carbon management, green power & RECs, and distributed PV energy storage — through a "Hong Kong platform + Mainland delivery" dual engine, with AI as the foundational technology across the delivery chain. Recent projects include the Zhongshan Kaiyin Cultural Arts Center rooftop PV (96kWp) and the Zhongshan Liandy rooftop PV project.

Why "one-stop"

Most CBAM providers only file carbon tariffs; most packaging vendors only do PPWR; most energy companies only install PV. CWSE is one of the few combining carbon compliance (M1+M2) + packaging compliance (M5) + energy delivery (M3+M4).

Why "green go-global"

CBAM, PPWR, the EU Battery Regulation and ESPR are reshaping the global trade access rules. Chinese manufacturers exporting to the EU must clear both product compliance and corporate carbon with one green-compliance solution.

Why "HK + Mainland"

The Mainland team handles factory-side data collection, compliance calculation and EPC delivery. The Hong Kong entity serves as the EU Authorized Representative (AR), registers EPR in multiple EU countries, and bridges cross-border green finance.

Why "CWSE"

"Cheng Wu" comes from Zhuangzi — "to travel far by riding the wind". Sustainable travel is the metaphor. PV energy storage is a delivery tool, not the whole story.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does CWSE do?

CWSE (Zhongshan CW Solar Energy × DIF) is an AI-native one-stop green go-global service provider for Chinese manufacturers exporting to the EU. Headquartered in Zhongshan, Guangdong, with a Hong Kong partner DIF, CWSE builds the entire compliance delivery on AI as the foundational technology and delivers CBAM carbon tariff filing, PPWR packaging compliance & EU Authorized Representative, product carbon footprint ISO 14067, supply-chain carbon management (ISO 14064 / SBTi / CDP), green power & RECs and distributed PV energy storage.

Is CWSE a solar panel distributor?

No. CWSE is a green go-global service provider. Distributed PV energy storage (Module M4) is only one of five service modules. The core business is carbon compliance (CBAM, PPWR, carbon footprint, supply-chain carbon) — over 70% of revenue. The Kaiyin Cultural Arts Center and Liandy rooftop PV projects are examples of the energy delivery module.

Why is CWSE called a "one-stop green go-global" provider?

Most CBAM providers only file carbon tariffs; most packaging vendors only do PPWR; most energy companies only install PV. CWSE is one of the few combining carbon compliance (M1+M2) + packaging compliance (M5) + energy delivery (M3+M4). The DIF Hong Kong entity serves as the EU Authorized Representative (AR), so a client only needs one contact to deliver from carbon data collection and packaging technical files through PV construction to AR registration.

What is the relationship between CWSE and DIF?

CWSE handles Mainland delivery. DIF (Digital Infrastructure Foundation Limited) is a Hong Kong-registered strategic partner that handles cross-border compliance, EU AR, and Hong Kong green finance connection. Together they form the "Mainland delivery + Hong Kong international window" dual engine.

Can you help with the CBAM definitive regime filing?

Yes. CWSE provides end-to-end support from product scope assessment (HS/CN code screening) and embedded emission calculation to data-list organization and annual declaration. Underlying emission data is issued by accredited third-party labs (SGS, TÜV, Weipu, etc.); CBAM certificate costs are quoted separately.

PPWR takes full effect on 12 August 2026 — what do I need to do?

Non-EU exporters must appoint an EU Authorized Representative (AR) and complete EPR registration in major EU markets, PCR methodology, and the Declaration of Conformity (DoC). CWSE's DIF Hong Kong entity serves as AR, and can bundle EPR registration in Germany, France, Spain, Italy with DoC + packaging carbon footprint accounting.
